Modern hotel, good facilities, very central location

Very central location. Rooftop was closed for refurbishment but the lounge for guests was well equipped with drinks and snacks.

We paid the same as our fellow travellers but had a much smaller room and no bath.

5 star experience

One of the best hotels Ive stayed at. Staff were very helpful. Rooms were clean and had a nice city view. Salon was excellent, had access to water, alcohol, hot drinks and snacks free of charge throughout the day

the hotel and the room are dirty unfortunately.curtains, the carpet, the floor.the building is so nice and cool, but unfortunately dirty.

A beautiful special hotel in the heart of Vienna, with a couple of flaws

Perfect location. Beautiful hotel and room. Staff was kind and professional. Mattress was very comfortable.

Not many amenities for a 5* Hotel, not even an included bottle of water. Pillows were awful.
