Very good

Very friendly and cheerful staff. Clean rooms and common areas. Comfy beds. Small size indoor pool suitable for young and adult.

Sofa bed not comfy. Breakfast choices are generally ok (room for improvement there).

This was an adequate hotel to stay to visit relatives nearby for a weekend.

The bed was very comfortable. It was a good location for our needs. Plenty of free parking. And there was coffee and a fridge in the room.

Breakfast was just fair. Please add more fresh fruit (some berries would be nice). The room really needs a refresh. The carpet is tattered, the cabinet doors sag, needs new paint and furniture. It just looked sad. Oh, and the drain in the bath tub was so clogged, the tub filled with water every time we showered.

Getting canceled at 830pm Wednesday evening and not even offered a discount for the 2 nights I did stay.

Good breakfast, hard beds

Location was good we were 15 minutes from Salem, which was our ultimate reasoning for being there. The breakfast each morning, was what made the stay better than average. We would recommend Homewood suites to others.

The style of room that was offered to us. We could have used bigger beds. The beds that were provided were not very big(doubles). Didnt feel like we got what we were paying for. We will recommend to others, but make them aware they needs queens or kings.

Decent Hotel

Location was good. Everything seemed pretty close. The layout of the suite was very nice. Breakfast was adequate, although a little too early (6-9 weekdays /7-10 weekends).

Very disappointed that the suite did not have a safe. Also, the mornings were a tad bit loud at times with the garbage trucks outside.
