Exceptional

The property and rooms were really good. The staff was very courteous and super helpful.

They don't have a very big restaurant. So dinner might be a challenge, as this location is slightly secluded and no good food options available nearby. You "definitely" need to have a private car at your disposal, if you are staying with your family.

Room service. Cleanliness. Property not worth the money I spent. Hot water was not continuous.

The location is just mesmerizing.

The hotel didn't maintain proper hygiene, the rooms had the wet smell of beds and there was algae formed in the walkways at many places , if that would have been maintained it would be the best budget resort in the area.

There are hotels nearby but at night the food available was without choice let alone porotta.

Location, room, bath, breakfast and staff are good

No fan in the room Although the place is cool, at day time it is somewhat hot. Hence provide a fan. Please provide food for guests all the time

View is very good. Good Ambience. Staff especially Mr. Ribin is very kind.

Restaurant is only a temporary arrangement. Only one type of breakfast available, not like other resort where it will be like a buffet. We stayed for 3 nights, one day it was idly, 2nd day was Battora, 3rd day it was upma. Very disappointed for not having variety's of food. Villa doesn't have kitchen option where we can make coffee or tea by ourself like in other Villa/resort.Chinnakanal road is under maintenance, so very difficult to reach.
