Superb

Perfect location, home away from home.

The location is absolutely fabulous, a stone's throw away from the anciet town and located on a street that has an amazing night market between 3pm and 10pm that is busy but yet not disruptive. The rooms are very spacious, we had a double room facing the steert with our own balcony. The staff was very friendly, including the security guard who despite not being able to speak English made every effort to communicate and accommodate us. The reception team was very pleasant and left us a helpful welcome note as we arrived after reception had closed and the security had to let us in. The also gave us a new year's gift as we stayed with them over new years, very lovely touch! The breakfast was great, the noodle soup is a must try, we would have loved to have it more but it was only offered on our first day, the breakfast menu does change. Just take note that don't get to breakfast too late (after 9) as the option tend to become very limited. Overall a lovely stay!

Excellent!

Everything! The hotel is so lovely and styled beautifully. We loved the local as it was very quiet during the day but the night market is on the door step so a buzzing atmosphere at night.

Very good

Initially we were given a room without a window to the outside, it only had a window to the hallway. We didnt like the room, it felt damp and dark. Oh the second day we could switch to a better room with beautiful big windows and a balcony for a small additional charge. We loved the new room! The shower is really amazing, everything was spotless. The staff is really helpful and super polite. The breakfast was ok, though as vegetarians we went for breakfast somewhere else the second day. Location is superb. Next time I would make sure not to get a room without a window!
