Good hotel in a great neighborhood with minor issues

Great location near shops, cafes, restaurants, bars. Active but not overly noisy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with freshly made eggs and other items in addition to buffet.

Someone on my floor was playing music loudly at night, which I could hear. They were painting outside my room the whole two days I was there and the fumes were overwhelming. The hotel should have really reduced the price of the room.

Very good

Air conditioning is centrally regulated and was fixed on 16.5 degrees which I find very cold. Only option you have is to switch it off. But you have no option to open a window. So difficult to get fresh air in

Perfect stay for Bogot

Really liked the staff, they were so friendly and super helpful and tried to teach us some Spanish too, the location was excellent felt very safe, the cleanliness was great and the room was very spacious. The breakfast was very handy, didnt like the eggs but the waffles and the pancakes were lovely and the continental was lovely. Everything was perfect. They give you free drinks at the reception and bottled water in the rooms. Showers were waterfall and really nice.

The safe didnt work. That was all!

Our stay was great. Staffs, location and food was good.

We loved everything about the property we felt safe, and the property was very clean. And the staffs are truly amazing. They also organized airport transportation for us we had to leave 4:00am and the driver was on time. The breakfast was amazing. I was celebrating my birthday and I got a cute note with a slice of cake. Everything was just amazing also the location is great food spots all around mall Parks etc.

Lovely hotel in 93 park!

Excellent location and very reasonably priced. The room is very big and walking around 93 park has really good ambiance.

The curtains are hard to close but this is really a minor thing.

A must-stay in Parque 93!

We loved the proximity to our favourite spots in Parque 93! Around the corner were some of our favourite restaurants, a little walk and we were at Andino Mall, the park was nearby, the street was clean and upscale! The property was really nice and well-kept! The shower was the BEST shower we had in a while! The water pressure was like a waterfall - it was amazing! The receptionists and bellman were sooo kind and friendly! They made us feel like they were happy to see us each time we passed through the lobby! I would recommend this hotel to anyone! We will be back!

Honestly nothing! It was a great stay!
