Loved the suite, it had everything you needed. Front desk staff were nice, always had a smile on their faces. We weren't bothered by housekeeping because they knew when we were out.

I think the minibar could use a little stocking up, than always have to go by the front desk for snacks

Everything was perfect. In the first, our hair dryer was broken. We told them to change that and went inside. After we came back they already changed it. They were so helpful. And also its so near to Amsterdam Zuid metro and train station. Last but not least the bed was soo comfy.

Hotel was lovely . Comfortable and clean. Staff very nice

Towels were very extremely poor quality .. breakfast very poor choice . Restaurant and bar closed far too early.. We could not get any food whatsoever in this hotel on new years day which was terrible for the high price I paid

Breakfast could be a bit better such as healthier bread choices, normal plain yoghurt iso fat Greek yoghurt. I preferred the breakfast area when it was still on the first floor. In the past there was also 2 or 3 kinds of granola now none of it

Pleasant and friendly hotel, spacious room, good food, clean, coffee machine with capsules in the room, Refrigerator and fully equipped kitchen, located inside a shopping mall and next to a supermarket which is very helpful.

We were surprised to find a beautiful luxury shopping centre (The Gelderseplein) adjacent to the hotel. So after our delicious and fresh breakfast we walked around taking in the beautiful shops. Also within the shopping centre was a Albert Heijn (Grocery store) where we were able to buy some water, juice, snacks and alcohol. Although a 20-25 minute drive into Dam Square, we were able to easily secure an uber on our way there and back. Our room was adequately sized with a small kitchenette. The sofa bed mattress has to be one of the most comfortable i have ever experienced. We will definitely be back.

A side-effect of the location is that most of the local restaurants close by 10pm. Not a bad thing, but something to be aware of, especially if you land late and are looking for dinner options. We were however able to order food to be delivered which solved our problem.
