Very poor

Website is very missleading. Good for a cheap 1-2 night stay. Nothing more.

Location was okay, just annoying that it was all the way down what seemed like a dodgy alley way. Pool was nice but you want to be refreshed when going in a pool and it was the same temp as outside (32c). Staff were nice and made effort to cater for our concerns however every room just felt the same.

We cut our stay short, checked out earlier and we will not be returning. Rooms were gross, sheets dirty, showers yellow and water was always hot. Insects and Lizards in the rooms. Cats walking around the hotel. No closed off area except for rooms which were dull and old. Buffet breakfast had 3-4 options which included eggs, pancakes, small plates of fruit and toast. Boring and repetitive for a "buffet" just say you have 3 options for breakfast every morning.

Very friends staff, nice garden, perfect massage, very good and fresh cook breakfast, have free car parking , so far definitely worth the money , will come back again.

Mosquito, but in tropical island expressionism rainy season in Bali thats very normal , no reason to complain , so bring ur own mosquito spray .

It was very clean, the staff made sure we had everything changed everyday (towels, bedsheets), they sprayed our room to avoid bugs, we had fridge and kettle, working ac. The pool is absolutely amazing, deep and clean, the hotel provides some floaties so it was also fun. The breakfast was okay for the price. The location was great, short distance to the beach and to the main street with all the clubs and bars, as well as shops. The staff very friendly:)

The rooms were surrounded by a lot of nature so there was a lot of lizards and ants outside (not surprising and not really hotels fault), the rooms could use some more light, because some windows had milky (?) not clear glass, but then the privacy would decrease so no good solution here. Breakfast should be more versatile, because after a few days we were very tired of it.
