Superb

The resturant Manager Mr Devi Singh went out of his way to make our evenings enjoyable. The food served here was excellent. The Staff always at call n ready to serve.

The cleanliness in rooms could b better.

Food was astounding,thay had awesome facilities, Resort was so maintained and clean ,its actually valued of ur money,mr singh helped me to arranged safari ticket n luckily we saw tiger which make my stay more memorable thanks for wonderful team

Pathetic service and shabby rooms.

We booked deluxe superior room and got a free upgrade to a cottage. We were happy before we saw it. It was big but very shabby. The furniture looked very old and had stains. The bed was not well made. Bathroom did not have hot water and porch had so much dust. We requested for the rooms that we had originally booked thinking that they might be better. They had better cleanliness than the cottage but not up to the mark. The bathrooms did not have hot water still (they sent plumber twice but that was of no use) and beds were not well made. There was no 24hour menu, room kettle and glasses were not clean. We paid 12k for one room and the service was pathetic. I will never stay at this property again and will never recommend it to anyone in future.
