Great morning coffee, somewhat spacious but outdated stay in a convenient location

Close to tube, friendly staff, not as small as other London accommodations, really great free coffee!

No vent in toilet, a bit outdated facility

Just staying for one night. Perfect location just up from the Tube. The room was clean, and comfortable. Nice little Fridge, kettle, Tea&Coffee, Iron and Board, Safe box, and then fresh fruit, muffins, more free hot drinks in reception.

My favorite hotel in London

My favorite hotel in London. The location is perfect - metro station just around the corner, nice walk (30 min) to Oxford Street. Very clean and spacious room with the necessary appliances.

Clean sheets, convenient location. Daily complimentary coffee, fruits and muffins

No toothbrushes provided and no complimentary water bottles. Kitchen can be kept cleaned, especially the suction ventilator

Superb if travelling with pet dog. Staff were exceptionally welcoming to dog as were other guests.

Very close to the pet friendly Elizabeth line ( Farringdon) which is a step free station taking you directly and step free to Bond Street/ Hyde park. Hotel had great lift and easy access. V clean and great WiFi. Staff v knowledgeable and friendly. Safe location. Great price.

Great stay and a well proportioned and appointed room in an excellent location

Great location and the room with kitchenette is spacious and has a good amount of furniture and light fittings

The room lights were either all on and bright or not. It would be nice to have a midway point e.g. if the kitchen cupboards were lit, and you had the bedside lights on, that would be a nice level. The kitchen sink smelled funny - I suspect from lack of use

The room was really small but cozy, convenient, and comfortable.

There was a nice kitchen table but only 1 seat for two people and there wasnt cleaning service or breakfast.

Very pleasant and helpful staff.

There is an issue about safety and accessibility in the bathroom. The walk in shower was great but there were no hand rails just a notice warning that the shower was slippery. My mother who is quite frail was the guest and was unable to use the shower because there was no grab rail. I suggest that you install this for all. If someone has a specific disability, there is a need to provide a fully accessible room. However, it is important to provide for people at different stages in their life, so elderly and frail, rather than disabled. I suggest that you review how safe the rooms are for people who are not in complete good health.
