Misled by the positive reviews.

Provided WiFi, Television, and water cooler.

Towels were not changed daily, with one of them being dirty despite supposedly being clean. The bathtub was clogged, so we could not use it. The aircon was also not working for some rooms. Cockroaches were also an issue. Overall, we were disappointed with the place, and the reviews did not match our expectations.

Great stay overall!

Amini was very helpful and greeted us on arrival. Even went above and beyond to take our laundry and have it done for us. Villa was very comfortable and would be ideal for a group or big family as it has 3 bedrooms with ensuites. Private pool was also lovely to take a dip in after a long day. Amini also messaged everyday to pick a time that was suitable for them to come and clean the villa. Was so good coming back to the villa after a day trip to a nicely serviced villa with the beds made, fresh clean towels and rubbish cleared away.

Small cleanliness errors in the bathrooms which were not quite up to standard, but still doable. Also the main switches in the common area if you turn all of them on at once the power cuts out. We had to go to the main power board 2 or 3 times just to turn the power back on.

A nice play for a basic stay with 3 private rooms for a group of people or couples.

The privacy, the small swimming pool. The large bed and perfect air conditioning. The attentive house service by Komang.

Cold water in shower, old dirty, broken fixtures and fittings. Unstable kitchen chairs that kept falling over.

Great small and comfortable villa

For us (2 adults and 3 older children) this villa was perfect.The 3 en suite rooms were all very comfy and as the water pump/heater was being fixed as we arrived we had constant hot water with decent enough pressure.The pool area was great and very relaxing.The TV snug like area was small but cosy and with Netflix and YouTube on the telly was great for film nights.The location was actually convenient near to lots of shops when you work out where you are and grab taxis are very cheap to further afield. Importantly it was quiet at night which can be a problem in Bali The agent Ami has very helpful and Wayan the housekeeper was lovely. We would stay again as great value for money

The location for some may be unappealing as the villa is down a scruffy lane in a scruffy village like atmosphere.The Beach was quite a walk.

much better than expected. we extended our stay.

I liked the place a lot! it was more spacious then in the pictures. it has a big parking space, the pool area was very pretty and nice, also around the pool was enough space to do some workout, despite the wall you dont feel restricted at all. the living area and the kitchen also comfortable and clean. all the rooms have their own bathrooms, all clean, with direct light and spacious. very good Wi-Fi.

the outdoor shower needs some fixing as well as the bathroom sink in the bathroom of the southern room.
