Pool, private beach, very close to night market, fire show was good, liked the sky bar, free shuttle to airport.

On New Years Eve the electricity cut out 4 or 5 times!! Breakfast time was so busy whatever time you went down. Cups often had ran out. We stayed 7 nights and I would have liked the bed sheets to have been changed midway through but they werent. Room service food was expensive for what it was. Not sure this is 5 star - I stayed in 5 star in Halong Bay and it was better.

The coffee machine was very slow and the only one in the entire large restaurant. There was regularly a long wait for coffee. The staff in the restaurant was very professional and the selection of food was good.

From the time we checked in we felt very welcome. The vibe at this resort is amazing. Great for families- they had a foam and disco party by the pool. Endless activities by the beach. Super clean and comfortable beds. Buffet breakfast was excellent. We stayed at a nearby resort last year and this resort waa much better. Across the road theres a convenience store to buy drinks and snacks and they also offer laundry service within 3 hours! Theres a night market is across the road too. Will definitely be back here again for sure! Best resort Ive stayed in ever! Would def

Really enjoyed our time at resort.

We stayed in 3 bedroom villa. Large rooms and each bedroom had own en suite. Main swimming pool was excellent and private villa pool was a bonus. Beach access was easy and staff were accommodating and helpful. Great location with walking distance to night food market. Resort was further away from main town centre which we visited and glad we stayed where we were.

Villa was excellent for room size and cleanliness but the kitchen didn't have any pots or pans, cutlery or plates. Really just a show kitchen.

Beautiful pools and beach area. Very friendly staff and spotless hotel and rooms.

Noisy constrution work because of the preparation for New years Eve. Very few beach lounger for this size of a resort.

Good for a few days in Phu Quouc

I liked the pool facilities and the beach access. Staff were good and friendly with great shows for Xmas.

Can be a lot cleaner. The room was dusty and smelt of mildew. The location is fine as it's close to the airport, but it's very far from Grand World or Vinwonder. The breakfast buffet was consistently the same. No change or reimagination. There are no other breakfast options nearby, so this got a little boring. Kids club felt outdated and dirty.
