Pleasant

Walking distance to every important place in Milan. One of the best breakfasts Ive had in hotels. Many things and very tasty. Staff really nice. Nice view from the window.

It was very loud because the trams pass close to the hotel. Maybe the isolation with windows isnt good because it felt like we slept on street how loud it got sometimes, so we didnt get the best sleep.

Disappointing

Two bad nights.

Great location and breakfast.

The hot water takes forever to heat up, lots of waste. Terrible windows that let in all the noise. when closed seemed open. Poor blinds, let light into the corners.

I couldnt have asked for anything better! 12/10!

It was so close to everything. I walked out of the hotel, turned a corner and was in the mix of everything! The front desk was so helpful. They were amazing. It was the best experience! Its a must stay if you are in Milan!

Wonderful!

So cozy and comfortable, location was great, less than a minute walk to main pedestrian street! Breakfast was also great. Highly recommended, and I will definitely stay again here!

View from our room was great. Was within walking of the Duomo

Staff basically lied to me in the morning about the busses I had planned on taking to the airport. You really need to trust the staff, and the overnight staff misused our trust to overcharge us on transport. I think they tried to force my wife and I to take 2 cars too. Would have been great outside of that.

Had a wonderful experience.

I stayed at the hotel for one night. The room was great, quite small but had everything I was looking for, it was extremley clean and comfortable as well. The staff helped me with anything I neededed, were friendly and very welcoming. I would come back for sure.

Excellent.

The location is very good. Shops are so nearby and Piazza Duomo only 10 mins walk away. Clean and spacious. Highly recommended. Friendly staffs and can keep luggages as our flight is late night. Excellent.
