The Suite was awesome

Unfortunalety, we stayed in the last Suite, the one next to the restaurant/kitchen. It was noisy, music coming from everywhere in the hotel, a bit disappointed.

Quite and nice stay in Ayia Napa

Quite new and well designed hotel. Rooms with Smart Control system/app. Room with side sea view was not expected Breakfast and Dinner were awesome, a lot of different food (to much to try everything).

Opening time of gym only until 7 pm, would be nice to have it open until 10 pm.

Nicer than lots of hotels but not a five or even a four star stay

Staff friendly, welcoming and helpful. The facilities in the suite were great - everything was spotlessly clean. The food was okayalthough the choices were dreary, there was certainly enough of it.

Much of the hotel is style over substance.the lobby and bar look great in pictures but neither are at all comfortable to sit/relax in. Interior design is heavily based on everything being bold..the result is bland. I was aching to add some dramatic pops of colour. The positioning of the suites is odd..overlooked by outdoor eating space and subjected to piped music all day on the balcony: not great when trying to relax - not to mention late afternoon noise of staff prepping for dinner.

1. extremely bad scrambled eggs, there was always water at the bottom of the dish: something like this is not appropriate for a hotel of this class 2. I missed some freshly prepared fish.
