Excellent. I would like to stay when I get back next time.

Location, reasonable price, clean and hygiene, kitchen utility and electric appliance are available. Flexibility and prompt response of staff.

It would be better if I could recognize floor staff.

Clean, Functional, Reasonable

Excellent location, clean and good wifi. I was able to work in peace and come and go as I liked. There are countless food options right outside the door. It's close to large malls and the MRT station. I stayed for more than a month. The small room didn't bother me, the AC is great.

No complaints.

You get for what you pay. Wifi is ok, is not excellent for video calls but it's ok. There is a fridge.

It is very loud due to the street and they open the windows. Very thin walls.

Needs security cameras so people can feel safe

The price is great. The location is decent.

The biggest weakness for me was the lack of security cameras. There is one on the ground level and none on the floors with the rooms. Having had things stolen before in a similar guesthouse in Bangkok, I was anxious about my belongings. The locks are very easy to force open and zero security cameras. Consequently, I had to take all my belongings out with me every time I left the building.

Superb

Excellent value, comfortable and superbly located for food, shopping and MRT access.

Excellent location for amenities and street food. The room was basic, but with essential comforts and furnishings. Very clean throughout the building. Staff was very responsive to comments and requests. I would recommend to all travelers and specifically business travelers. This is not a party hostel.

The place is well constructed with fairly new floor, wall and lighting finishes. The bathroom doors were the only sketchy thing. They all appear old and could use replacements, particularly the locks which worked though poorly. I respect the guesthouse efforts to minimize and control trash. I am a strident and utterly unapologetic environmentalist and trash should be minimized. The hostels current approach leaves floors with no trash receptacles which isn't entirely working though I commend them for striving to reduce trash.
